Exercise supplies are easy to obtain, and you may already have what you need for a great workout with Better Living Fitness. So, how can you tell? We’ve put together a comprehensive list of the few things you’ll need to get strong, balanced, and flexible.

This is the stuff that’s required. Don’t have it? Don’t worry. We can provide it.
Additionally, if you’re completing online personal training / Zoom personal training, you will need a webcam device (webcam, mobile phone, etc).
