Small group personal training is a full-body strength training, cardio and flexibility routine that is customised to your fitness level. We call this “Full-Body FIT.”
Most people need to strength train 2-4 times/week to reach their fitness goals. We tell people to repeat exercises from their personal training sessions. Many people find it difficult to remember the exercises or find the time or motivation.
That’s why our Full-Body FIT is such a great solution!
Mobility – Loosen Up Your Body!
Mobility is a class built around improving your range of motion, working on your posture, and flexibility. This class is instructor-led and leaves you feeling refreshed.
